Property was well located in the Jewish quarter in a lovely square. Staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Hotel room has a nice Design. Everything was clean especially the bathroom. The room was cleaned every day. The bed was cozy. TV had some german channels and also smart TV/Internet. I had a room at the end of the floor and it was very silent at night. The location is perfect in the center of uprising jewish district with many bars and restaurants close by. Old town is in 15min walking distance as well as Schindlers Factory. Train to aiport within 10min walk. For me it was the perfect location for a weekend trip and can therefore highly recommend this hotel.

My cousins and I visited Poland to learn more about our family history. We spent three wonderful days in the Kazimierz district of Krakow and were able to easily access other very beautiful and interesting areas of the city. It was well worth the trip and costs were exceptionally affordable. I would recommend this hotel especially to anybody of Jewish origin, to anyone actually as it was very comfortable and the staff were wonderful. The central location made getting around by foot very easy.

Location was perfect with easy access to all facilities we needed to visit. Loved the seating outside so relaxing to watch the world go by. Also loved the band. Breakfast was adequate slightly more choice would have been appreciated but was fine and value for money.

The property was well located, quiet, spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff. The bar was nice too. Small and traditional, would highly recommend and would 100% stay there again. Such great service, booked our airport transfers and tours. All excellent

Fantastic location in a very charming part of the old city of krakow. The hotel itself have spacious rooms with good beds.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very well situated between two tram lines and in a pretty part of the city, so it is easy to get around from. The room was cleaned each day with fresh towels and water provided. The room was comfortable and spacious with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was very relaxed with a decent variety of food to suit most diets.

Really nice place to stay! First of all, a great location; right at the centre of Kazimierz. Lots of restaurants and sights near the hotel (also not far from the city center and Schindler factory). Rooms were very comfortable and good looking; had everything needed. Staff was also very nice and helpful (24h reception) and breakfast great. Had a great time here.

The room was excellent cleaning brilliant fresh towels every day .The location was excellent in the Jewish Quarter hopefully will return later in the year
